Is it hard to cancel a Chuze membership? ›

The easiest option is to cancel online via our billing portal, myiclubonline.com. Or you can click your membership photo in the top right hand corner of the Chuze app. Then click "Membership". Then "cancel" and follow the prompts.

You may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee if you have a 12-month agreement and do not fulfill that agreement.
